How do we ship our products?
We offer two different shipping service. First class shipping in the UK is £4.50 and second class shipping costs £3.99. The first class shipment should arrive with 1-2 working days. The second class package arrives within 3-5 working days.
All orders are sent on a signed for service. Due to the current climate orders are still sent via a tracked service, however, a signature won't be needed as the postman will provide evidence upon arrival.
Privacy policy?
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the most utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of Kittenxxx.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy. If they are not returned within this period you will only be viable for a credit note to the value of your order. Products have a long life span and if your product is to break within the six months we would be more than happy to replace this product for you.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments via debit and credit cards.
